So, I’ve realized that I rarely blog about personal adventures/events and everything not business related in my life. Last year, I told myself I was going to change that and then didn’t organize my time or workflow, therefore it didn’t happen.
This year, I am going to change that, starting today! I want my new friends/clients and followers to know who I am, what I value, things I enjoy spending time doing and be able to relate on a more personal level. I want to share more than just my passion in business, but my passion for people and relationships as well. I also want you all to feel like you’re able to e-mail me any questions you have about photography, business and how to get started, or anything else I blog about in the coming year! Please don’t be afraid to chat, I’d love to get to know you!
As Jon and I await the arrival of our baby boy, [whose due date is TOMORROW!!!] I’m developing an idea on a type of mentoring I’d love to start. “Mommy Photog Sessions” Now the idea isn’t complete, I just know I’ve had several mothers curious on how to use their camera to get the best pictures possible of their kiddos. Whether the camera be an iPhone, point and shoot, or a DSLR, I’d love to help!! I haven’t figured out all the details yet, but I’m thinking the sessions will be no longer than an hour [due to mommies not having much free time], affordable [due to baby budgets], and simple! The camera basics! I’ll be sharing more info on this SOON! If you are interested at all, please head over to the contact page & shoot me an e-mail or comment at the bottom of the blog so I can get a count on how many mommies are interested!
Now on to the actual blog that I’ve been meaning to post since late September! This was a random Saturday adventure to downtown Dunedin with my hubby, Jon and pup, Tucker! We wanted to do something a little different and go exploring. [because we definitely don’t do that enough!] There was a purpose for the pictures of my origami owl necklace and they were going to be used for the blog I recently posted but I forgot I had them, sooo I just included them in this one since they were a part of this day. We walked all around and found a DELICIOUS little place to eat lunch at that happened to be pup friendly!
We walked in some cute shops, saw tiny flowers that begged to be photographed, and shared some ice-cream that was the perfect end to a wonderful day in Dunedin. I hope you all enjoy some personal photos that I finally got around to sharing! 🙂 Can’t wait to post more adventures when baby Liam get’s here! <3
He’s so handsome!
Love my little Tucker!
Yes. I know, DELICIOUS. Fun fact: 50% of the time we eat out, I order some sort of a turkey bacon club..because I’m addicted.
This is how he gets us to share with him. How can you not share with a winking pup as cute as him??
